Sorry guys but i think we may have just missed out by a few days as applications had to be in by the end of last month. The T's & C's state:

"This offer is subject to receipt of the correctly completed application form together with a till receipt showing one purchase of Herbal Essences and a A5 Stamped Addressed Envelope to the promotional address by 30.12.06."

and

"Offer valid for promotional bookings until 30th December 2006. Haircut bookings must be taken by 31st January 2007"
