Do you put your asda receipt details into the asda price guarantee website?
It checks asda prices against tesco, morrisons and sainsbury and if asda are not 10% cheaper then you get a voucher to use instore.

Thing with Asda is they are lower price than most of the others so you are saving money rather than being given vouchers otherwise do the asda price guarantee

Tescos seem to give you till spits if you only shop there occasionally or if you pop in for a few items.

I've never got one when I've done a big shop but I do seem to get them if I call in and get a few items early in the week - it's as if they are saying "Here's a discount if you come back at the weekend and spend big money."

This is especially so if you didn't do your big shop there the week before.
