TRANSFER TO DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY!

Dear *************,

You were issued a default notice and subsequently have not contacted us.

As a result, your account is now being handled by Fredrickson International Limited, a specialist debt collection agency operating in your region.

Due to the administrative costs levied by Fredrickson, in relation to their collection process, an additional charge of £82.25 has been added to your debt and it now stands at £432.25.

To avoid LEGAL ACTION you must contact Fredrickson on 0845 313 6613 or make an immediate on-line payment via https://www.fredpay.com/txtloan.

Without your co-operation you are likely to face a Court Order to enable us to recover this debt, resulting in a County Court Judgement against you.

Yours Sincerely,

Ignore it . There's nothing specialist about Fredrickson International & they wont take you to court . Just another bunch of bully boys praying on the vulnerable .

Don't call or acknowledge the letter in any way , and don't worry .
  • Hi Mandi,

We are getting text messages from this company too. We did an experian credit check on our accounts and nothing comes up. Should we ignore the texts and not reply? (i.e. will they really go away?)

If they genuinely hold a debt in your name they will write to you. Do not phone.

I keep receiving threatening letters from them claiming that I owe a previous energy company money. I owe absolutely nothing and ended up in credit, which was reimbursed to me.

I have phoned them and vented my anger and they said I need to go on their website and log a dispute. Well I have signed up to the site but do not know how to log a dispute! All it says is about making payments.

Someone please help as I am thoroughly aggravated by them and the energy company (EDF) were useless at the time.

After I left EDF and switched, moths later, they stole money from my account!!!

    Unbelievable
  • Daz - you don't need to do anything. If they think you owe them money, it's for them to prove. Ignore them until they do so.
