Tesco Clubcard Voucher Exchange

Help can I use my clubcard vouchers online at tesco opticians Im getting conflicting reports. I thought it said I could earlier this week but having tried this evening am having no end of difficulty. Is there anyone here that has actually bought glasses utilising the double clubcard rewards online thanks?

Tesco's website says spend INSTORE only. http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/bigexchange.asp

Gonna jump on this thread and hopefully someone can help me. I registered a new card during the last collection period but the address was listed as my parents house (impending separation from DH etc etc) but although they've received their vouchers, there's no sign of mine and it's almost £100 worth.

Anyone else not got their vouchers either this time or any time before? All I can do is phone the Clubcard line I presume but wondering in advance why they haven't been sent. I did a lot of DTDing but not on this card but it's a lot of points for a virgin account so wondering if my account has been flagged.

It's a question, not a grabbit. The grabbit board is for posting short term bargains, not a general chat and questions board.

this happened to my other half (no club card vouchers) turned out the address was wrong, when we phoned em £28 of vouchers came about 2-3 weeks after (£28 is a lot of free food for a couple of students lol)
try phone them they were really helpful with us xx

Can't see why this account would be flagged unless the 'DTDing' that you did was with a card registered to that same address AND name.

Any way, when you call up they will send you out the new ones and cancel the old ones. Could be a postal mistake?

I can see the online codes but I presume that if you want to double up (though not with the current pathetic batch of deals) you need the physical vouchers? I've checked online and the address is correct and there's no sign the vouchers have been used.

My main concern was that the old card was registered under the Ex's name and that he'd get his post redirected and get a nice bonus from my spending power. Thinking about it, the DTD stuff was done under his card and my current address whereas my card was used for boosting (and wombling!) and registered at a different address.

Thanks for the replies. I've never known vouchers to go missing before and given there's quite a bit of money, I was worried my cards had been marked for some reason.

Yes you can and you still get the BOGOF offer too - I got £150 worth of vouchers for £75 in vouchers - then cashed a £7 off £50 spend voucher against the purchase too.
