  • Can you please help with this? I have spent most of the day composing a photobook using pictures of my girls at a dance show. It took ages. Now I have finished it and am trying to order it I cannot get past the terms and conditions because I am using a netbook (not linux, windows 7 starter) and I cannot get to the bottom of the page. I have tried changing my resolution but its already on small and I dont know how to make it portrait like someone else mentioned.

I feel as if I have wasted a whole day on this!

Thanks in advance for a reply,

Try right clicking on your desktop, which should bring up a list including something like graphic options or screen resolution. Then look for orientation, and change to portrait. Hope this works.

Just ordered three, for stocking presents for family. Can't wait to receive them. Thanks OP.:T
  • Thankyou so much Miro! What a wonderful little stocking filler this will make for my mum.

When I tried to order, the image transfer process was appallingly slow. I started at 7am, waited until 9pm, and it had only transferred 34% of the images! I had ordered another book previously, and that had worked perfectly. I've given up now, because I've tried a number of times and the same thing keeps happening. :(

  • Ordered one earlier but put the date wrong for a holiday on there :/

Fortunately I was able to get it under a different email (well, actually the same: gmail.com = googlemail.com) but seems silly orders can't be cancelled.

I'll report back when it arrives, and post an image (surprised no-one has already).

    Cheers!

I had the same problem using my netbook - had to navigate through all then 'next' buttons using the tab keys.
When on the terms and conditions hitting the space bar will select the box saying you agree :)

Has anyone else had problems with how long it takes to transfer your photos? I downloaded the software OK, chose all my photos, and got as far as the checkout page. But although the screen that shows the progress of the download rapidly scanned all my photos, it took about 2 hours to get to 2%. :(

I've given up for now, although I have been able to save my basket to try again another time.

Anyone else had this happen to them? Any ideas if there's anything I can do? Thanks. And thanks OP, for a brilliant freebie. :T

Hi - I'm still having the same problem, having discarded my earlier attempts. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might do to speed things up?

It shouldn't be anything to do with my computer, because I have already successfully ordered and received a photobook using a different email address.

I'd love to get one of these for my mother-in-law for Christmas. Any ideas? Anyone? :santa2:
