I have money to burn (and before it's burned) need to replace my aging Golf with a newer version.
Have been checking autotrader (good) Xchange& Mart (not great) and Desperate Seller (so so) daily.
But does anyone know any other good sites? I am a fussy *** and there are only a few colours that I like, but I will travel to find the right car.
thanks
Iain

OOps edited to say sorry youve mentioned that one already.
What about ebay? They have cars on it, my brother just successfully sold his motorbike on it0 -
Women priests. Great. Now there's priests of both sexes I don't listen to - Bill Hicks.0

I've bought two cars from ebay ... a fantastic Saab 9-5 £3000 below retail and a decent Volvo S40 Diesel which has amazing MPG but just too diesel like for me after the Saab. Saved £800 on that one.
Just sold ex-wife's Saab 9000 via ebay too!
Great if you know what to look for. Many are higher than average miles, but many also done mainly motorway miles, which I prefer to low miles pottering about in town miles! My volvo has full 100% Volvo service history so even though high miles it's been a really good buy. Check pricing, stick to a limit and look at the car before biddding if you're nervous of taking a risk. I think sellers MUST have 100% feedback over many transactions to take the risk. Pay cash on collection.0 -

http://www.honestjohn.co.uk clik AuctionView link - it's the BritishCatrAuctions central database of ALL cars in ALL centres available, up to the minute.
It'll cost a few pennies to search, but could SAVE loads!
