financial association on credit file?

hi there I wondered if there was an expiry for financial associations? I cant seem to find too much info on it. I have been divorced for a few years now but he still shows up as financially associated on my experian and equifax files.
There is a joing account from 11/09/2005
and a credit check from sainsburys from the month before.
Any advice? x

Get in touch with experian and explain you are no longer tied with that person and have not been for a few years - this will only work if you have no ties what so ever with your ex.

It worked for me when i requested it a couple of months ago.:)
