Post-Bankruptcy interview with OR

I went BR in around May and got a phone call in July from the OR telling me he was handling my case and that I need to interview with him justifying why I need my motorcycle and probably other stuff.
Any advice or tips for this (I'll be speaking to him tomorrow). Obviously I'm going to tell him that I start working full time in September.

I would just be as honest as you can be.
Have you checked up travelling costs via public transport vs keeping your bike? Also it's not just the costs, check the time it would take you to get to work via bus / train. For me, using the train is cheaper, but takes more than 2 hours each way and the OR was ok about me keeping my car as he said we spend long enough at work without it taking so long getting there and back.
Good luck for tomorrow op.Feb 2024:

Honestly speaking, I can walk to work...but I'm not giving up my bike when I need to to go and see family...who live 150 miles away.0

One possibility would be to buy back the or's interest in the bike if he decides it not exempt.0

So I've rang around and sought some very good advice today. One of the people I spoke to alerted me to the Technical Manual which contains a lot of interesting points to quote back to the OR if we believe he's being unreasonable.

31.7.24 is one which sticks out, based on a "Fresh Start".0
