Ok,
You need to download forms 6.4 and 6.5 from insolvency.gov.uk as a matter of urgency. Fill them in and send them asap.
If the court agrees with your reasons to set aside, they will give a court date for both you and the creditor to attend.
Crapquest will often not show, so you will get it set aside by default.
You need to act really quickly now.Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -
Also,
Reasons to set aside.
They are in default of your cca request
Barry davies was not contactable....;)
Incorrectly served
You could google some more........;)
Edit.
If you get a court date, make sure YOU show. Crapquest probably won't and you win........Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -

I decided to ignore the notice, just as Capquest had ignored all my previous correspondance! No further action was taken on the SD, and Capquest have now passed the account on to yet another firm. Does anybody take any notice of your letters?? I guess I start all over again
