RTZ Frozen pension queries

Hello

Hope you can help, I have a pension that was frozen around 1980, now thinking of early retiriement next year. Can I take a lump sum from this? and if so when will my reduced pension start getting paid?

I will be 62 and the pension is worth about £30,000 at the moment.

Thanks for any advise.
