6k endowment shortfall - been offered £1331

Hi All

With your trusty advice i was able to write off to winterhur and try and claim against my shortfall

I've received a letter back stating that they will pay out £1,331
The endowment was short by 6k, is this a reasonable figure or could i push it further and get more

...a real novice at this so any help at this point is appreciated!

Thanks
Mark

The calculation has worked out you are only £1331 out of pocket at this point. You wont get any more and if you force a recalculation you could end up with less. Especially if the calculation was done before Christmas and the plan is unit linked. Its a been a good couple of weeks and unit prices are up.

Accept the offer unless you feel the figures input (which are given to you) are incorrect.
