If outline planning has been approved for 2 bed, can a 3 bed with other potential bedrooms be approved on full planning?
Also how do you go about removing permissive rights?
Thanks

If the detailed planning app is submitted as an amendment to the outline planning previously granted, nobody objects, and the planning committee sees no reason to forbid it....... that's how.
If the planning committee has granted full permission, I don't think that leaves any method for reversing it. Has the full permission been granted?0 -
Full planning hasn't been granted it's just been submitted. Other than the drawings I can't see anything in the application requesting an amendment?
There are strict conditions in the outline that no windows be on the north elevationa and there are 3!
If an objection is received, do they have to stand by the outline planning conditions?0 -
As I understand it, you can dive right in with a full planning app without having to jump through the outline app route first. So you could go through the application for outline, change your mind, go for an amendment to the outline and then go to the full application. Or you could just say s*d it, forget that first application, lets start again with an application for full planning permission for what we really want.0

You can object on the basis that the new application contravenes the conditions the planning committee imposed on the previous outline app. The two apps have been submitted by the same person, haven't they?
Whether or not the planning committee and planning officers pay heed to your objection can't be determined at this point. You may want to find yourself a local planning consultant and take their view on it.0 -
I've since heard that the applicant has been trying to get a neighbour to sign saying they don't object to the windows at the back (a condition in the outline that they're aren't allowed windows). Said person hasn't signed thank goodness but will be objecting on these grounds0
