Whatever was chosen for the third chapter, it didn't allow any selections so could not progress to complete the form

Ah, yes. KLM's clunky IT.

I got the same result using Firefox. Using IE, I was able to complete and have had an e-mail to confirm.

It's one per person. I tried to order one for my wife for a different city. (We're travelling together.) Initially, the selections retained the same choices as mine, then we got an error message, so nix for her.

And this is KLM's way of trying to enhance their business? :rotfl:

Amazingly they do not create a PDF for you to download! Something is going to get mailed to you - eventually.
