Husband had his appt with OR - very nice young man who was very kind and didn't make us feel too awful.
Apparently OR is going to recommend that no further investigation is needed. As main creditor is HMRC it has to be considered. He expects that it will get passed to an insolvency practioner who will sort out the house etc. Said the best option was to get someone to help me buy out the beneficial interest.
We're both sleeping a hell of a lot better and feeling more positive.
