Does anyone know anyway to edit someone out of photos!

Had a fantastic wedding day, but one little was photgrapher's
(a friend) son and he is in nearly every photo!! One particular one with just me and my family he is stood right in front of my new husband legs(so can'[t crop him out!)does anyone know is there any way or program that can eidt him out? I know I am beginning mean but just want a photo with just my family!

Photoshop latest edition can do tricks like this but there is a limit to how much guessing it can do when reconstructing the missing background. I tried it to remove lamp posts and people from in front of buildings, it is impressive.
