Running myself into the ground - taking on too much!

I have been doing really well at clearing my debts using my wages however extra work has been offered as i'm on holiday at the moment and in the evenings when i was working. I can't afford to turn it down as its money! however i'm running myself into the ground and am shattered. I agree to things at the time and then wish i hadn't when it comes to it. I know i would only be sitting at home otherwise but after this time off things are going to be pretty full on so why do i take on so much? £400 for a weeks work is too tempting to resist but shattered!
I may not be there yet, but i'm one step closer then i was yesterday

    Your health is important.
If you run yourself into the ground you will end up off sick & could be financially worse off.
