t-mobile harrasment

my t-mobile bill for last month was alot more money then usual because i had added a new phone for my partner , we were expecting it so when they sent the bill i rang to say i wouldnt be able to pay all in one go and they text me to say it had to be paid by the 18/08 i have already paid most of it off and was due to pay the remaining £34.08 off on friday 12 .

saturday they ring me at 8am , i answer phone to be told the cs made a mistake and it should have been paid by 31/07 and that they wanted the £34 well as i don't get paid till this week i told them the situation and the text message i recieved and they took notes and i thought that was that they then called a further 3 times on saturday and now have started calling again.

they say my numbers on a outboud dialler and i will be called till its paid is this harrassment because i cannot do anything different and i am having to explain myself again and again

any suggestions

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
