I thought she was referring to council parking tickets. This is why Duncan Bannatyne said she not be looking for any tiny loophole in council regulations. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I loved it when Duncan said he wanted her business to fail.
She is just cashing in, like ambulance chasers before her.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -

Looking at her website I see she does deal with both types of tickets. But she calls them both "fines". That shows she not very clued-up about PPCs. .What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Another timewasting false dawn. When the reports started to circulate in the early-mid 2000s that bank charges are illegal, there was no shortage of overnight companies coming on the scene promising every hopeful his money back dating back so many years. All the customer had to pay was £50 or some other fixed amount. I knew a few who fell into this trap, they gave their money away and never heard back. Then about two years ago an announcement was made that these rotten banks can charge whatever they like. On here, we help people to fight the rotten PPCs and we don't ask a penny for it.0

Have a comment awaiting moderation on there, would be interesting to see if they accept it. For info though, post I made was as follows:I have to agree with the dragons I’m afraid. You’re referring to parking fines from private companies as well, and I’m sure you are aware that private companies cannot fine you. All they can do is try to claim under contract law or trespass. If, for example, a private company wishes to charge you £80 for overstaying in accordance with their T&C’s, but will reduce it by 50% if paid within so many days, it shows that the charge is a penalty, which is not allowed under contract law. With that in mind, their only option would be enforcing through the small claims track. But this would lose each time at small claims due to that law, so these companies wouldn’t go near court at all. There’s other bits with private companies about how they can only go after the driver, not the registered keeper, which is who they send their invoices to.
With regards to council issued tickets, I’m afraid your business wouldn’t go well in this area either. The reason being, there are well-established places online that provide an identical service to that you propose. They offer it for free, although invite donations to keep up their running costs. They also have an extremely high success rate, and bear in mind that most council tickets would go to adjudicators, which can go either way, it would be daft to actually pay yourselves for it.
I hope that you maybe take these points on board, and maybe find a way around if this is your ambition.0 -

Its like those firms which say they can wipe your debts if you pay them an upfront fee of £200, you won't see any debt written off nor the £200 you've paid0 -
There is a better website were you will receive all the information you need to lodge a successful appeal = Pepipoo!
They charge £40 for a letter of appeal, an official PCN here would cost £35!
Do they refund the £40 if the appeal fails?0
