Can anyone help me with the following questions on form 6.28 please?

Hi all, I have my court date book for this Wednesday 10th and I'm just going through the forms but have a few questions, I was wondering if someone could possibly help me, get them right.
I have read the link someone posted with the example on how to fill in 2.8, but I just want to make sure I get my forms right.
3.1 1. cash in hand - is this the amount I have on the day i go to court? does this incuded the £525 fees or not
3.1 9. Freehold land and property - we handed the keys back on our mortgaged property here in April, do the details go here? what do I out for the amount, is that the amount the estate agents valued it at in March?
3.1 12. Pensions - I have a RAF pension that I won't get untill in well in my 60's (27 at min) have no idea what its worth do I have to put this here?
Section 4 secured creditors - Do I put the joint charging orders here or just the charging orders in my sole name?
Section 4 unsecured creditors - Again do I out the ones in joint names or just my sole name?
5.1 - do I put down cards that I'm a named user on for my hubby's account?
5.4 do I repeat the deatils here from 5.1 & 5.2?
6.9 - I currently don't work so what do I put here? also the address for the tax office, I have no idea
8.1 - can I use both boxes as the first box isn't big enough for the whole address.
Also I don't know there address of where my hubby is now living as he won't tell me (its his brothers property) do I have to include an address here?
8.2 - do I just put the address of my landlords company here as thats what is on my tennancy agreement?
8.4 - I rent this house alone, do I need to include the landlord here as having interest as they own the property or not?
9.1 - Do I put the details of the mortgage here as we handed the keys back voluntarily?
10.1 - Do i out me and the kids here?
10.2 - I help to look after my grandad who is ill, I visit him, help with his housework and used to take him out (when I had the car) do I need to put him here or not?
11.1 - unsure of what to put here as I can't remember the date I got into difficulty as my ex hubby paid all my debts as he was the only one earning, but he couldn't pay mine or his when he got ill, should I just say this?
11.2 - do I have to put a good argument here for the reason to file for bankruptcy?
Sorry its long but I want to make sure I get the information right. Any help no matter how small is appreciated

Its ok am all sorted now, a very nice guy at the CCCS helped me fill in the forms over the phone0
