Microwave Rice Pouches - Microwave broken

Options
Does anyone know how to heat these without a microwave? Could they be boiled in the bag or cooked in a little water on the hob.

Boil in the bag or steam them in a steamer. We haven't had a microwave for over 10 years.

they usually tell you on the bag, some say to put a small amount of water in a wok and add rice.

my bag of microwave rice says you can put the rice into boiling water for 2 - 3 mins then drain, fluff with a fork and serve. personally i would add a little salt to the water, but thats up to you.

I often use these when camping, I just empty the bags into a pan, add a splash of water then stir until very hot!
