Shoot me down in flames if this has already been answered. but i cant find it on the site....

can anyone tell me what to look for when buying a portable DVD player for the car? and is there one that has TV included and DOESNT need a cig lighter socket to run it. (for some strange reason my car doesnt have a cig lighter! AT ALL
