Hi,
I was looking for a bit of advice. I am currently in the process of trying to overturn a CCJ as my wife had my post on divert for five years and I knew nothing about the debt or the CCJ.
I have had a court date through and i am the second defendant on the letter and she is the first all I need to know is does she have to attend court with me?
