How to get money owed to me!!!!!

Just to update any of you that are interested ...Im afraid it got worse!

While trying to look into all avenues for claiming this (using all suggestions posted - thanks guys!) the company was struck off!!! Not by my employer - oh no of course he wouldnt do that as it would cost money! He simply sat on his !!! long enough for him to be struck off by the DTI for non compliance for non issue of accounts!

What happens is amazingly they issue a notice in the London Gazette confirming the DTI's intention of striking the company off, once a month for three months. How this is of any use to anyone outside of London god only knows! Once the three month period has gone and nothing happens the company is struck off!!!!

No company, no money, and after much research Im told approx 11,000 companies go through this a week!! When I asked the Gazette to send me the issue of notice for the day the company was in they sent me a document 83 pages long!

How many Directors are doing this??? Now he is accountable for no debts for that company and he can carry on trding his other company as normal. THIS STINKS!!!

Ive decided now to go to my local MP and press - Ill let you know how I get on!!

I hope your MP is useful, might it be worth thinking about a peaceful protest outside his other business? He may pay you off just to stop you embaressing and as long as you follow the laws on protests you cant get into trouble.
