Mortgage Application

Hi guys and gals,

If buying a new build, the price of which is released, can your mortgage application be submitted even if the completion date given is in September?

Thanks

    Yes it can,

Nationwide for example issue mortgage offers with a shelf life of 12 months for new builds.

It will depend on the lender concerned but usually it would be fine.

Excellent thanks Andy, that's what I wanted to hear. It's Nationwide that I'm considering using as my lender in this instance.
