24 Advent Presents

Hello,
This afternoon I have dug out my Christmas note pad and started making my famous lists!
Chrismas elf activities
Christmas eve hamper
Stocking fillers
Kids wish list
And presents for family and friends
My nan lives 400 miles away from me and recently widowed so I thought about doing her a advent present box. I thought she might like to have a present a day throughout december and her main gift obviously on Christmas day, this will be a digital photo frame. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this so I wondered if anybody else has done this and what they put in. I was thinking of spending no more than £1.50 but getting practical things she will use, thought about the following:-
hand cream
bubble bath
body spray
nice tissues for handbag
shampoo and conditioner
calendar/diary
bingo pens and clip board
hot chocolate mix
pictures and card form the kids
christmas decoration
mince pies
mini christmas pudding
any other suggestions would be gratefully recieved x

Notebook (possibly covered by you or your kids)
shopping list pad
packet of hand wet-wipes or antiseptic hand wash gel (you can get a small one in the supermarket for about a £1 - I found it really useful on a recent hol)
nice smelly soap
nice candle
lottery scratch card
You could make a lavender bag, fridge peg magnet, snowman soap, keyring - lots of little craft ideas on here that are really cheap to make0 -
forgot one...

Look on artscow.com- they have loads of offers for personalised photo gifts. I use them for all my advent calendar gifts- reasonable price postage (sometimes even free with certain offers), I have always had good quality prints from them although they can take about 3 weeks to arrive. I have just done 4 individually personalised rubber backed drinks coasters for £1.88 delievered, but in the past I have done make up bags, photokeyrings/watch fobs (which everyone really loved!), photobooks and jotter pads- all for a few quid each. HTHlovin' this site!
