Hi,
I have just filled PPI customer questionnaire. Question C.3 Have you ever missed payments or gone into arrears on this borrowing?
I have missed 3 most recent payments 1st june, 1st july, 1st august, so I said Yes and gave the dates. I purchased the loan in feb 2008 and ppi was mis-sold to me. Never missed any instalment payment before. My question is: can it affect my claim (fact that I missed payments) and what to do now? Shall continue paying instalments from next month as agreed or contact them and make payment plan (I`m sending PPI reclaim form to them tomorrow)?
Many thanks

Hi there, if you have missed these payments but can make them from the next payment, then do that,if you cannot meet the full payments going forward then ring and make an arrangement to pay.
This will not affect your claim for mis sell, but they will take any redress off the loan that you owe if you win.0
