I have an appt with CCCS on Tues, I emailed them all on Friday offering a token payment and saying i was in financial difficulties. However I got this just now and it's making me panic!

Your outstanding loan repayment of £387.50 due to MEM Consumer Finance Limited has now been transferred to Keyes Whitlock & Company our specialist debt recovery department.
