Gift ideas for mums

Hi All!
Well its getting closer - 10 weeks today and I will be Mrs!!!
Really getting myself organised now and most is done but the one thing I am really struggling with is what to get my mum and OHs mum!
My mum is like my best friend and OHs mum has been there every step of the way too with planning help etc so we want to get them something really special that they can keep forever. We were looking at personalised photo frames but cant find any that are big enough and allow our text to be engraved (more than 40 letters!!!) Then we were looking at personalised necklaces but they seem to only have name necklaces! Driving me a bit mad - is this my bridezilla moment?!
Any help will be truely appreciated!!

Instead of going along the more cliche personalised route (ie something engraved) why not get something that is actually personal with a link to you.

For my gifts to the mums & bridesmaids, I went for items that matched the Butler & Willson jewellery I wore on the day.
The girls got pretty enamel & crystal butterfly compact mirrors and the Mums got a crystal brooch that matched the one I wore on my dress.

Also, for my sisters wedding, she got the Mums Annya Hindmarch purses to match the one she used.

I bought my mum a full body massage and facial as she had dont most of the organsing and running about for me and thats what she wanted but didnt know she was getting. didnt see the point in getting her the traditional boquet of flowers to say thanks as she was getting most of my reception flowers to take home anyways.

she LOVED the massage and facial as it was her chance for a half day to relax and be pampered after all the stress id put her through.

I second the idea of getting something that ties in with yourself. We bought my Mum a lovely large glass vase that was the same design as the glassware we had chosen to collect.

Im not sure where they came from (but I can find out) a friend just had her first mothers day and was given a necklace with her sons fingerprint on it.
