changine legal entity name in littlewoods account

the wife and i have split up and i wanted to change the name as it was her who bought the stuff and as i am moving abroad she wants all the stuff we looked online at the account and it allows you to change the account owner name does this mean also the person who is the legal entity?

doubt it, you would need to repay and closeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Littlewoods may not agree if it started out as joint liability and now it's sole liability. Probably OK if there is no existing debt. If there is they will probably be reluctant. Send them a letter informing them of the change yourself so that you get a straight answer from them that they agree to the change and relieve you of any liability for the conduct of the account.0

Littlewoods/SDG don't permit name changes. The online system may allow you to change it but it will be flagged to their fraud department and the date of birth won't have been changed.0
