I'd NEVER trust Lovefilm again, they "seem" like a bunch of criminals IMO of course.

Even when i sent my items back by Special Del (£4.50) it took them over a week to say they got them back despite the fact the item was del the very next day, they tried to say they did not have it and therefore I would have to pay another month, only when i gave them tracking number for royal mail site and offered to scan reciept and email it to them and told them if they tried to remove funds I would consider it an act of theft and would go to the police did they say they would cancel account, and within 2-3 hours of that phone call (to HO not some stupid 0870 number) they suddenly found my discs.

Ask yourself is this the kind of company you want to be involved with?

If i was to ever use online service again it would be Blockbuster, not as many films but much better customer service.

I had one of those three vouchers as well as one for a friend. I signed up a week ago, it took four days to give my card the ok and I have been waiting three days now for a DVD to actually be delivered despite there being 30 titles there. They must also have the slowest website around (or maybe that's my computer :-p)
