I know exactly how you feel. I checked my ipod thingy last night and it show that I've been awared 2 of my bonus points things and neither have appeared on my itemised list.
Writing to them is hopeless, it takes 4 weeks to get a reply. But I got a reply within a week by sending an email. I sent them a copy of my chart and said you owe me 2 thousand and they aware me 1400 :mad:
Its only worth £10 so why quibble. They say wait 28 days but you know for a fact they wont go on, espcailly when ones that have been bought in the same shopping trip go on within 10 days!
Trouble is it so easy for me to get to and to park, best place to take the recycling and I like the SS machinesso I cant even boycott the place

Bonus points on the app for in store items, I opt in but never receive the bonus points. Nectar CS have reconfirmed my personal details a hundred times to no avail. They can't work out what is wrong.

In the end I just gave up. Still have the key fob on my keys just incase I do find myself in Sainsbury's.

morning all!
i got a 50p off and £1 off coupon for carte dior from unilever and used both when i bought just the one tub in sainsburys! they're currently £1.74 so a lovely tub for me for 24p! pleased i must say.

going to hit the town with my coupons today! always a better shop when you're saving

I am getting print limit reached messages which seems a bit strange when I have valid codes from the juice which I am entering. On my husbands laptop it gives a message about no access due to security certificates.
Has anyone else encountered this.
This is such a good buy without the vouchers but with them its EXCEPTIONAL.

went to boots today
got dove shampoo and conditioner
£1.32 minus 67p (1/3 saving coupon from boots machine )
then my unilever 50p coupon ( did this over 2 shops)
making them 15p each :j
