Hi everyone, thank you so much for all your hard work. Had a not great experience tonight! I went armed with coupons to S this evening, SA said she just had to check with supervisor about putting them through, Supervisor came over and immediately accused me of having photocopied vouchers!:mad::mad::mad:(which of course I didnt!). wouldnt put them through and said he had to call the store manager down to look at them!!! I said to put shopping through and I would wait at Customer service to sort so as not to hold up the people in the queue. I was sooo embarrassed. then had to wait 10 mins for the store manager, who turned up and said they would be ok to put through! he was v nice, however the supervisor made me feel as though I was doing something wrong! I am half thinking of emailing a complaint, but am not sure if I should?

Anyway rant over, and all my thanks for your hard work guys! hope I can repay the favour by finding a coupon myself!:A:A:A:A

It wouldnt do any harm to email customer services (think email address is on the first page) and explain what happened, the supervisor should have been trained in the knowledge of coupons. If you are lucky you may receive a Tesco moneycard for £10/15 to compensate for your experience.

Afternoon, not a voucher/coupon offer, but if you are visiting ASDA, perhaps with the Barcardi coupons, have a look out for some Tarantella organic chopped tomatoes. Just bought loads and they are scanning at 12p but 62p SEL.

Just tried printing the Unilever coupon but with no success - is anyone else having problems?

Just printed fine for me, I'm using Chrome.

Not been shopping today but did get my JTD of £10+ for my £3.85 shop and got my first wombled APG of £2.61 + £7+ for my own shop :j

Just managed to get to my dad's this afternoon to print of another 2 bicardi moc's before they ran out. would only print one on each pc today for some reason.

Still no reply from uncle phil from my email last week, not even a confirmation email. How long does it normally take for a reply?

I am rapidly getting over embarassment of holding people up etc etc, and will deff stand my ground over accusations of photocopies.

I would drop an email to HO, I'd keep it factual (though of course stressing how you were made to feel - if that makes sense?) and don't forget to mention that the manager was helpful - credit where credit's due and all that. It's horrible when you do end up in such a situation, but more often than not it is a simple lack of training - perhaps us MSE should branch out with coupon trainer sessions :D

Emailing customer services may well be a good idea, but I think the 'S' might stand for Sainsbury's so I doubt it will result in a Tesco giftcard.

Good morning and thanks gill, looks like it's country-wide. As good as a coupon at the price - very good quality also.

Don't want to spend today, but want to use my Bacardi coupons and try for some more cider before the offer (2 for £3) ends. May try and wait until tomorrow and print a few off today.

    Thanks for all the updates.

Walkers sensations crisps are also BOGOF in the co-op although i have forgotten the price now!

They were a whopping £1.99 per pack, but my lovely S/A put the coupon through for full price of the crisps and I got 2 packets free. Others have said the coupon is worth up to £1.92 - so you may have to pay 7p. Probably luck on the deal with S/A.

I waited over a week for a reply from them and then it didn't deal with all the points so had to email again, still no reply to that one though.

They don't seem to be as quick dealing with queries as when Sir Terry was there though.

    Sorry everyone, morning all.
