Just got back frm Asda thought i would use my persil non bio voucher As i was only buying 1 item thought i would put it through on self service. It went through but asked for autorization the first the the staff member says (its a photo copy) then walks off to talk to the manager, then comes back and put it through with a stink attitude, she was acting like i was a criminal, Asda need to teach their staff about customer service
    complaint e-mail sent.

Normally asda staff are polite, but I suppose there will always be a grumpy one.
Part of the problem is the persil/comfort coupon isn't that great.

Its best to print the coupon and then cut it in half to include the attached picture, this makes it look a bit better and I have had no problems then.

Could in theory be the best MBG of all the supermarkets....Money back when they are more expensive on each product but if they are cheaper on individual product you don't lose on the 'refund' (Unlike T and A) - This is gonna hurt Mozzies, they have got to get their act together IMHO :o
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Good luck with that one chj - Seems that each store's policy changes depending on SA, duty manager, supervisor, whether it's raining, did they get a sh@g :o last night, do they like yer face etc etc

I recently had a bad experience in Asda with using apg (I had six small ones, averaging 60p). The SA was pleasant enough but didnt know how to process them - yawn. Along came el trouto who commented loudly that I had "so many" - yeah right, all of 6! Then she made a right song and dance, tutting and sucking her cheeks in trying to show SA what to do. In a submissive tone I asked her directly why she had seemed to have an attitude with my coupons especially since her job was customer service and I was using them within their terms & conditions. I then said that I really should think think about letting your store manager know as I will be thinking twice in future about whether I shop here or not. I then made her very aware from my eye contact that I was noting her name on her badge. I swear I could sense tumbleweeds roll across the floor for a few seconds. El trouto flapped off and the lady behind me in the queue said "good for you" to me. I didn't contact the store manager of course but having tried most approaches from silence to the enraged, I have found this softly spoken veiled threat works best.
