several of the assistants didnt know what product it was for as 'theres no picture '. Once shown where it says what its for they dont mind and all SA so far have asked for the website details so they can print some off. I used 4 comfort and 1 persil (as only 1 left on shelf) ones at asda last nightMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Hi everyone, I am new to this and stumbled across this thread whilst looking at responses for extreme couponing.
Can anyone help me get started and tell me what I need to do first. I am really keen to get some vouchers and save some money. What is this coupon printer thing to down load.
Sorry if you have been through this before (prob many times) but as this is thread no 22 it will take me forever to work out what is happening.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me
:T
Hi SP and welcome to the thread.
I hope you don't mind my abbreviating you name, but we find its easier to do this here.
The very first thing you need to do is read all of page 1.
MT (myrtyleturtle) updates the page with new coupons every day or two but she is offline at the moment so updates won't be done till next Saturday.
You will see lots of coupons you can send for and get through the post.
Working down the posts you will come to coupons with fixed dates of expiry, most of these are called pdf's which you need to down lowd and can print over and over.
Then you come to the printables. Click on the first one you want and follow the instructions which will down lowd the coupon printer and eventually your coupons.
But first read the page as you will find all the rules for couponning, all the do's and dont's . Please also remember to thank MT's post for all her hard work keeping the thread updated.
You will need to read the thread at least daily if you want to make the most out of couponning, like the rest of us on here.
Good luck and come back and ask if your stuck and someone will come along to help.

Went to Sainsb@bs today, used the campbells coupons, they ar 59p but the coupon scans at 82p, so extra taken off my shopping. kerching!
Then went to Asd@ bought 4 boxes of asda starter kit and used 4 vouchers off previous kits, was told could only except 3 per customer?
Also I purchased the persil and comfort and the coupons they wouldn't accept them because there was no picture on it. arrggghh!
Anyone else had problems?
Thx
I printed the persil/comfort coupons on a A4 page and then cut the coupon out showing the pictures on the left with each oupon.
Don't think I have explained that very well.
In other words, I cut the coupon out to include the pictures on the left hand side. The coupons looked much better like this.:)

Don't really understand this? How do the cup a soups work, the coupon clearly says for a can of Campbell's condensed. Is it possible the person on the grabit board used a coupon for the cup a soup and the SA didn't really take much notice and just scanned it? Just a thought.0
