Morning all and thanks to CW for supporting MT this next week.

Off to use what's left of my coupons today - mainly CIF stuff (I think the wipes at Morries for 2p using coupon ends tomorrow).
Those S/S tills at Sainsburys are brilliant once you get to know how to use them with coupons - just use two at a time and no issues now.
The Flora oil is 2 for £3 (Sainsburys) and by using 2 coupons it works out at 50p litre.

Off topic - if you are around a LIDL store this weekend, they have a half-price offer on 100g bars of milk chocolate - only 19p per bar (Saturday and Sunday only while stocks last). :j

Have a great weekend reducing your shopping costs - take care.

  • Morning all:)

I am loving this Campbell coupon and the ocean spray 6 x campbell & 8 x ocean spray yesterday at sainsburys. L

Last year I made a hamper up for mum & dad as part of christmas present as both retired on basic pension they were over the moon looks like I have just started my collection for this year for them :T:T:T I try to fill it with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, pasta, pasta sauces, tins mostly things I have got through this thread cheap or free and as much branded goods as possible as know they would normally buy the basics.

So a massive THANKYOU to all posters for finds and tips as this really helps and :beer::beer: to everyone & happy coupon hunting

Well done to you. This is something I've been doing for my son the last few years, but without coupons - normally just reduced and clearance items.
Putting together now two hampers, one for son and one for MIL - not for Xmas but just to reduce their shopping costs a little.
MIL will get one on Monday and son end of Sept. when we visit.
Probably prefer alcohol rather than household products (lol), but what he's saved he can spend on beer.

Sorry for the "chat" - no more from me until next week - just catch up and thank you lot.

    Bye, bye.

  • What version of OSX are you using? Snow Leopard or Lion? When I used Snow Leopard I could print Safe coupons from Facebook and Manufacturers websites. It was also a hit or a miss whether I could print them from the SSM website. After downloading Lion I couldn't print any from anywhere. Then I completed the quiz on the SSM Facebook page and it told me Java wasn't installed on my system when it came to printing the coupons. Installed Java, restarted my MacBook Pro and I was able to print my coupons, was also able to print the Oceanspray vouchers. I still can't print from the SSM website though. :(

But you could always try the SSM Facebook quiz and if you don't have Java installed it will tell you that you have a missing plug in. Download it, restart etc and at least you won't miss out on all the safe coupons.

I did email the companies behind the safe coupons but I never got a reply. :(

Thanks HappyChappy I'm still running Leopard. I will see if I do have Java, I'm pretty sure I do though.
