I had the same problem about a month ago with my fairy. The sa ended up putting it through as a non scan or something.

In your browser,( I am explaining it for mozilla) on top left, select tools-> options ->privacy tab -> and clear cookies.

or download CCleaner from HERE, it will clear cookies from all browsers in 1 click.;) HTH,

It did work deleting cookies so I was able to play Walkers Sensations lifting the lid again, but deleting cookies made no difference to accessing a Blue Diamond coupon
