Lot of hassle in Sainsburys this morning. SA queried and went to CS desk - they said wont accept (even though used countless times at that store before). They phoned the trading helpline and had to read out every barcode to verify (6 coupons). They then said some coupon safe coupons werent on their system.... Waited 15 mins whilst calls ongoing. In end they gave me the value of the coupons as a goodwill gesture for waiting and gave me the coupons back. From what I can gather there is a lot of problems with duplicate coupons being submitted - ie people using back and refresh to reprint the same coupon. Because the coupon still has the same unique code when it comes to redemption they are not paying the retailer. My local store as of this morning has decided to ban internet coupons.

Please only print once as this is spoiling it for everyone... greed is taking over some people.

What a nightmare sorry this happened to you and such a shame for proper coupon users.

Most of the safe coupons generate a different unique barcode when you press back so its ok to print 2 in this manor, although I always check them all before i use.Some naughty people must have been doing multiple copies at print

As you say though a short term gain for some spoils all the fun for the rest of us:mad:

I have just txt this water for the first time to give it a try received the txt back but only 6 numbers but input needs 8 numbers so won't let me enter code anyone else had the same problem & how did they deal with it I replied back to txt but haven't had a reply. TIA:A

You need to put in the exact url that is in your text message.
That takes you to the page where you only enter 6 numbers.

One of my computers is exactly the same yet I can get it on the laptop and netbook -XP - and cant see any difference in the settings. I have to use the netbook and printer connected to the one that wont download the coupon printer lol.

Hi

If you get the numbers off a bottle its 8 digits long (mix of letters and numbers) and you don't need to email for a code as you have the code already. The coupon is then emailed to you.

If you want to text for a code (if you haven't got the bottle) then the code is text to you and you enter it on a different site .

Look on page 1 and you will see 2 different "clicky" sites for submitting codes, one for codes off a bottle and one for codes off texts.

I think I have got this right so give it a go and see if it works. I am right, just checked.

Looks like you were trying to input the code on the wrong site.

i always manage to get 2 also but always make sure codes are different,still having problems with thiswater,i can print the 50p off but not the water i have emailed them as there is 5 in my family sending texts in a day and i am the one with the computer,so not fair if they are blocking me as entering the competition properly.:mad:
