Right I've had a lame email response from Sainsburys, basically saying its up to the discretion of the store. They've told me that the store in wrexham views one per purchase as one per transaction, with is a load of rubbish but hey what can you do.
Also they've said that this is to ensure that everyone gets a chance at the offer, despite the fact that someone who want 6 ariel stain remover will still get 6 stain remover but just split it into 6 transactions.
I suppose I could email them back but I don't really see the point. So I shall just silently fume, and grin when I go up to the till 2night with 6 transactions.0 -

Hello Everyone,
I had a good shop at Mr T's today. Bought 20x This water with vouchers, 2x magnum, sweetcorn, and 2x persil. Came to a grand total of 33.93 and after coupons only for products came to 2.93. Also got a till spit for £6 off £40 spend.
Thank you everyone could not have done it without your help.0 -

With Sainsburys you only get till spits about once a week so if you get one on Monday or Tuesday thats your lot for the week.
But even so doing seperate transactions, one item with one MOC is good because it brings down the average ammount you spend per shopping trip so you stand a better chance of getting conditional spend MOCS in future weeks.
One card I have I only spend £1 per week on it and it always gives me a £2 wys £20 most weeks. This is excellent as its about my normal shopping basket for when I use the main card. The main card though gives me 160 nectar points wys £40 which is not so good (worth 80p) The average spend on this card is much higher.
At the moment I am going shops of one ocean spray plus something else so the total is £1 or £2 on my main card to get the average spend down.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
