Acknowledging the debt makes no difference, you are entitled to a copy of your credit agreement. Send them a letter asking for it and a cheque or postal order for £1 and they have 14 days to respond, plus a couple for postage.
I have had good and bad experiences with FOS, last resort, but might be useful.
I would talk to CCCS before doing anything else other than asking for the CCA.:beer:0 -
Well I've got nowhere to go now, heres the response from FOS;
With regards to the interest rate, there is little that I can do. As per my e-mail of 20 March 2013 I was advised that you would probably revert to around this rate. From my position the business is still providing you with a lowered interest rate to that which you would normally incur and that, however small, your balance is reducing. This is in line with Office of Fair Trading guidelines.
CCCS have advised me not to go bankrupt. I guess all I can is re-work my budget and try and take a few years to settle.
Unless anyyone can heeeellllp?0
