1. 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. 2. The promoter is John Brown Magazines Limited (Registered no. 2680403), 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR (Promoter). The sponsor is Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), 1st Floor, 17 - 19 Cockspur Street, London SW1Y 5BL (Sponsor).
3. 3. Entries must be submitted online via rbspbmag.com/thailand by midnight on 30 August 2011 (Promotion Period).
4. 4. Subject to clause 5, entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom and who are 18 years of age as at the date of the Draw (Eligible Entrants).
5. 5. Employees and their immediate families of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, Promoter and the Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
6. 6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, a. submit entry online via rbspbmag.com/thailand b. register their title, first name, last name, telephone number, email address and post address, c. read and agree to the prize draw Terms and Conditions available on the webpage.
7. 7. Each Eligible Entrant is permitted one entry in the draw.
8. 8. The Promoter and the Sponsor are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
9. 9. The results of the judging are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. 10. The Promoter will draw one prize on 1 September 2011 at the offices of the Promoter (the Draw).
11. 11. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by telephone or email within seven days of the draw having taken place. If the winner cannot be contacted by 23 September, the promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner. The winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3216, 14 days after the draw date. Or, send a SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown Group, 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR.
12. 12. There is one prize. The prize is return economy flights for two from a London airport with Emirates (emirates.com). Three nights at Banyan Tree Bankok, B&B in a one-bedroom suite. Seven nights at Banyan Tree Puket, B&B in a DoublePool villa.
13. 12. The offer is valid until 20 December 2011 and 1 March – 30 April 2012, excluding Easter and Songkran (13-15 April).
14. 13. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
15. 14. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter and the Sponsor.
16. 15. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter, but will be disclosed to the Sponsor on an opt-in basis. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion, including awarding any prizes. Unless they opt-out, by entering the prize draw entrants also agree to receive targeted offers from the Promoter, Sponsor and their partners from time to time.
