The student loan

I don't think so, if you are going into higher education you should be fully eligible? Are you 18?0

Bad credit has no effect on Student Finance, only student bank accounts and student overdrafts.0

I'm 31, will be mature student

Ok
Thank you very much for help

I think mature students actually get MORE help. I knew a 23 year old guy with a house and fulltime job who decided to go to uni, therefore packing in his job, and because he'd been living independently from his mum for so many years he got more loan than I did. Good luck with your finance application

It's not so much that you automatially get more help if you are a mature student but rather that your parents' income is not taken into consideration, which may cause you to be offered more loan/grant. It's happened to me this year because I am being assessed on my husband's income, which is tiny, rather than my mother's (which isn't great but is more).0
