Help with a complaints Letter please

Hi all

I dont know if i am posting on the right bit but wasn't sure where else to put it,

I need help with writing a complaints letter to Welcome finance about how i was treated by one of their local brance managers (People who have dealt with welcome will understand).

basically ive been struggling to pay them due to OH losing job so I rang them to explain and did a outgoing ingoing form with someone who works there...she agreed with everything i said about costs etc fair enough..I then got a phone later to say the manager had reviewed the form and has some questions...basically he wanted to know if i could change child care as what im paying now is too expensive..asked if i could send my son to a childminder instead ...even tho we get help towards his nursery fees from tax credits and they knew this cos i told them earlier then he questioned the £40 a month i spend on EVERYTHING (food, clothes, nappys, wipes, etc) for my 18mth old (even tho the girl on the phone earlier said that was not alot really..!!!...i then broke down and put the phone down...they rang back and i spoke to the manager and i said how upset and angry i was how he suggested that about my son and his reply was "well ive got 4 kids and WE can't afford nursery ours go to childminder which is cheaper so i dont see why you can't look into that..!!!" I tried to explain about tax credits but he weren't interested. He then questioned the £40 a month for my son...I explained my son was 18mths old and needs feeding bathing clothing etc...he then said" well I dont believe for 1 min you spend that much money a month cos ive got 4 and we dont spend no where near as much as that.." I just put the phone down...I was so mad...Can anyone help me write a letter of complaint about this bloke please?! He made me feel like i was a complete utter liar, Many Thanks
