Likelihood of a CCJ

If you enter into a DMP, what are the chances that a creditor may refuse and you end up with a CJ.
I live with my parents, have a different surname but as it isn't legally my house can someone still put a charge on it.
I don't know if I've misunderstood what happens with regards to a CCJ but would be grateful for any guidance.

No chance of a charging order being put on the house except by mistake or malice. If it does go on, it will come back off again at the expense of whoever put it on.
It is very possible that you could end up with a CCJ as creditors are not obliged to agree to a DMP - but far from certain. Your debts are enough to make some creditors consider it as a means of being ahead in the queue for repayment. If this happens, you could consider going bankrupt - not an option to be taken lightly.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
