  • got one today, well impressed
loads in stock in market drayton at least 20
  • Unfortunately it isn't quite worth a two and a bit hours drive from South Yorkshire. I guess I will just keep trying locally.

What makes it more difficult is that Lidl customer services don't provide any kind of stock or availability information for their stores. Advertising on their website is a great ploy to drag people into the stores, even though there isn't any stock.

    Hi All,

Lidl are doing a X cut 5 sheet paper shredder for £14.99. Not only does it shred paper but also credit cards and CD's. Has a 17 litre waste basket and comes with a 3 year guarantee.

Has anyone had any experience of them, and know if this brand is worth buying?

    Thanks

My mum got one the other day and was well impressed with her's

I got one of those - wouldn't recommend doing more than 3 pages at once though. It does a ok enough job but if given the choice again I'd get the lidl one.

Hi, can I ask which Lidl you managed to buy it from?

I live in Doncaster in South Yorkshire and both Lidl's near to me sold out some time ago. Lidl customer services aren't particularly helpful because they do not hold stock information, so they couldn't tell me which stores have stock when I phoned them.

Does anyone know of any stores within South Yorkshire which still stock this shedder?

    Thanks!
Sorry, Cornwall... I was surprised to find one too, usually they are all gone within the first few hours if it's a good deal. Try agian though, they do tend to get more stock in, but even the staff don't always know how many and when.
