hi all, need little advice about son's debt, he has got himself into debt, mobile phone, payday loans, bank, credit card all amounts to probably under £5000, i am/was (until changed phone number)! getting all the phone calls and letters which i now just write on them 'no longer at this address' which he isn't, got in yesterday and a door step caller had been and pushed a card through from resolvecall, is it up to me to tell them where he is? Can they do anything to me? he has no money anyway he dosent work or claim jobseekers, he looks after his kids while his partner works part time.......

You don't need the hassle - give them the address. He has to take responsibility. There will always be obstacles in your way. It's not IF you remove them but HOW!
Calling me stupid doesn't make you smarter0
