Hi John
Just some possitive feedback for you, the staff in the Sheffield branch were lovely even though they were so busy, got my ear phones no problem no mug though but the staff needed the tea break more than me!
I have never been in the shop before I didnt even know it existed but was well impressed and will be back

First chance I had to get to a store was yesterday.
I was hoping that the voucher was valid until the end of the day.
Didn't matter anyway as the Bromley store has been looted.
Damn it!

Hi John, some more positive feedback. I have always turned to richer sounds for electronics purchases but until recently a local store has been at lest 45 mins- 1hour away. But the Bath store has recently opened and they were very helpful and definately had "service with a smile". Usually I find with these free promotions thatcompanies do staff can be annoyed that i'm almost stealing from them, but here the person who served me seemed happy. He just checked that I had got it from the VIP email list and asked for my email address and got the headphones from "out the back". The store also had lollipops and stickers saying "I'm no mug - im in the VIP Club", maybe a hint at mug.... but I wasn't complaining. Overall very pleased.... even got a reciept... !

Hoping a new voucher comes out valid on the 22nd when I pop into Brighton. If not, will take the £5 min spend voucher incase I decide to buy something.
