Lovefilm Boots voucher offer.

Can anyone help with some points on this offer? I have taken up the offer and have received my first dvd be it not a requested one. What do I have to do to get my voucher and who does it come from, Lovefilm or Boots.
I would like to cancel as soon as possible. Do I say to them I am cancelling and can you send me the voucher.

Why has this been moved to the I wanna buy it or do it section? If you guys wanted to move it I am sure there are more appropriate sections to something that I am asking as a direct result of an MSE email item.
This is a site that I would not even thought of coming on unless I was taken there by transfer. Looking at the number of replies on here it looks as if I am not the only one who does not come here.

I did the lovefilm with the quidco £12.50 and ive found it bad, they need 1 full week to cancel so i got caught up and debited for a months worth but they offered me 3 months for £9.99 one at a time they had taken the monies anyway and since then ive never recieved anything that has been top priority and they want you to have at least 10 titles so ive always recieved low priority films then last month they decided to charge me again and once i got that eventually refunded they cancelled my account when i still had 6 week paid up, also my quidco didnt track and so far the claim is still unresolved from october. Customer services are at an indian call center and we struggled to communicate and they were very unhelpfull.
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

This is fun and games. Their terms and conditions are very restrictive. You need to cancel in time to send all your discs back or they charge you for the next month. Some free trial!!! 21 days which means you have to wait for your first disc cutting the time down and then allow for at least a week to cancel and get the discs back.
I am very surprised that Martin Lewis has put this on his list as once you have looked at the deal you can guess how many people get caught out.

I subscribed to them for a while and their service is TERRIBLE !

I also got caught up in the termination scam. I terminated before my next billing date but they claim not to have received my final DVD in time so billed me for next month. However, they weren't that dumb as to not cancel my subscription so I ended up paying for a full month with my membership effectively being cancelled. They told me they didn't give refunds only credits.

The actual service is total crap also. They advertise all these new releases but generally you have to wait ages to receive them. They try to camouflage this crap service by telling you have to have at least 10 films in your picking list at any given time. Invariably, your most wanted films take the longest to arrive i.e. the new ones whilst some of the titles that you add to your list simply as fillers are the ones they tend to send out.

Another MAJOR con to watch out for is they also count the separate bonus DVD that comes with some movies i.e. the bonus features DVD with interviews, trailers etc as an actual movie !! Twice this bonus DVD has been automically added to my list for the corresponding film thereby using up one of my alloted "spaces" (depending on the package you choose you can have 1,2 or 3 films at any given time).

    Please avoid !

It's cheaper to go to Blockbuster and simply pick the film you want off the shelf.

They have also made a mistake by sending the second dvd to the wrong address. I will keep you informed. In the meantime any more stories.
I am surprised not more posters have come on here because this offer came through MSE site.
I still think that is because it is on the wrong forum.
