1) Prize must be taken between 23rd September 2011 to 29th March 2012, subject to availability.
2) The therapy treatment (worth up to £50) and all other activities are subject to availability
3) Prize does not include travel, food/beverages or spending money.
4) Active8 tickets (for family/group of four) cannot be exchanged for cash and the activity day must be pre-booked – prize winner may be offered alternative activity or voucher for future date.
