lending stream .... Does anybody know what companies they own, they keep taking money from my account in small amounts, and I know I owe people money. I'm going to set up an DMP I'm just confused as to which company it is. I'm trying to get all my paper work etc together and just want to know where i stand, who I owe and how much.
Thanks if you can help.

Don't waste keystrokes with an email, its pointless.
You need to write a letter to them.0 -
She'll be pleased to receive that from you then.rantin_ram wrote: »,i feel its time she got her £300+ back.0 -

Why would your mother assume payments from her account were paying a company on your behalf? If she is 76 it would suggest you are old enough to manage your own financial affairs.
You say the payments were taken without her permission? She must have given them her account and card details for them to do this. Why would she do this unless it was for the purpose of allowing them to take money from the account? Unless of course the card details were given out by someone else in which case she should report it to the police as fraud.0
