Essential Oils (& bit if a rant)

Hi,
Thank you all so much for your help on this. I'll defo look into the lavender, chamomile and manderin essential oils. Like i said i can't do my back myself, but I can have a go with it on the other areas I suffer with, and if it does help i'll know for sure that something works. I'm looking round for a yoga class which should help with posture and hopefully might help me learn to move and do things in other ways which doesn't agrivate the problem areas.
I've also looked up the Bowen technique Nappentass and that looks good as well. i'm looking really for a more natural not cure, but something to help ease the symptoms as like I said I'm on a shed load of very strong tablets which don't really work and so would like to cut these down to a bare minimum and then hopefully only use them when things are too bad to put up with as I do realise that putting this many tablets and drugs in my body can and probably will have some other side effects in the long term, so would like to try getting things sorted as soon as I can.
Thanks again everyone, really good advice and idea's for me to be having a go at.
thanks
Wuzz0
